Thanks to all of you who turned out for our Fall Park Workday at Great Hills Park. The big project was planting wildflowers at the Floral Park entrance. Those volunteers had a workout. Lets hope for good rains over the Winter and a beautiful Spring display. Lots of good work was also done at the playscape where much weeding was accomplished, the pea gravel pit was sifted, and the artemisia was cut back making room for the new growth which has already started.
Thanks to Taco Cabana for the bountiful breakfast tacos and to Gail Allen for all the yummy donuts and wonderful fresh fruit. Our volunteers ate well.
