Join us at the pavilion on Sunday Sept 11, 2022 from 7:30-8:30pm for our Swift Night Out event. We’ll observe the aerial acrobatics and also count the chimney swifts as they enter the towers for the night. The swifts will soon be headed to the Amazon Basin of Peru for the winter. They arrive in the continental US in late March and are gone by early November. Nesting begins in late March. We’ll have a single pair nesting in each tower but can have hundreds roosting for the night. Come see nature at work!
